Job summary

PureGen Classic Sdn Bhd, a leading distributor of water treatment systems, seeks a technical support specialist to assist customers on UF, RO, filtration, and related processes. You will support design, installation, testing and commissioning.

Prepare technical documentation, attend onsite visits, liaise with sales teams and principals, and travel to sites as required. Diploma/degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Water Engineering with 2–3 years’ field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in chemical, environmental, water engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment preferred.
• Willingness to travel to sites, including outstations and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for water and wastewater treatment products and systems.
• Assist customers during various phases of project, from design to testing and commissioning.

Provide technical support for water and wastewater treatment products and systems (e.g. UF, RO, filtration, DAF, clarifier, ion exchange, MBR etc). Assist customers during various phases of project, from overall system design, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C).

About you

Willing to travel to sites, including outstation and outdoor work

Good verbal and written communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Open to new challenges, and continuous self-development
