Job summary

Angenet Sdn Bhd (Spritzer Berhad Yong Peng Branch) in Yong Peng, Johor, is seeking a Water Processing Leader to oversee daily water processing operations and ensure high water quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Water Treatment, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or other related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of experience in water processing/water treatment preferred with strong technical knowledge and hands‑on skills.
• Good understanding of water treatment processes, equipment and operations.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Willing to work on shifts and during rest days/public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily water processing and water source operations.
• Monitor water treatment processes and ensure all parameters are within specification.
• Supervise and guide the QC/technical team in daily activities.
• Perform inspection and troubleshooting of water processing equipment.
• Assist in filter media replacement and backwashing activities for filter media.
• Monitor and report process abnormalities, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain proper operational records and documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance, cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Participate in process improvement and other projects as assigned.

About the role

We are seeking a Water Processing Leader to join Angenet Sdn Bhd (Spritzer Berhad Yong Peng Branch) in Yong Peng, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our natural resources and water management operations. As Water Processing Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our water processing facilities, ensuring the highest standards of water quality, safety, and operational efficiency. This role is integral to our mission of delivering premium water products to our customers and maintaining sustainable water resource management practices.

Key responsibilities
