Job summary

TecAlliance is seeking a Data Specialist to leverage automotive knowledge in a data-focused role. You will research, process and improve automotive parts data to support global aftermarket information.

Ideal candidates have hands-on automotive experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort with new data systems. The role offers hybrid working, team collaboration and opportunities to enhance data quality across our platforms.

Your Tasks

• Data Research & Preparation: Research and process automotive parts and repair data according to defined standards.

• Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter and document relevant information.

• Data Analysis & Processing: Convert and process data from third-party sources into internal systems.

• Quality Assurance: Review, maintain and improve data accuracy and quality.

• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve workflows and data quality.

Your Profile

We welcome candidates with experience as Automotive Technicians, Mechanics, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors or in similar automotive roles.

• Automotive knowledge: A sound understanding of vehicles, spare parts and repair processes is essential.

• Relevant background: An automotive technical qualification or relevant hands-on automotive experience. Experience interpreting repair information, workshop job cards or parts catalogues is valuable.

• Attention to detail: You work accurately and follow defined standards.

• Analytical mindset: You enjoy researching information and solving problems.

• Digital confidence: You are comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems and data processes.

• Willingness to learn: You bring a positive attitude and are keen to develop your skills.

• Focus and resilience: You can stay organised and maintain quality when working under pressure.

• Teamwork and communication: You collaborate well and communicate clearly.

• English proficiency: Strong spoken and written English.
