Job summary

MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Junior - Assistant) to oversee warehouse operations in our Penang facility. You will manage receiving, sorting, storage and dispatch while ensuring accurate inventory and cycle counts.

You will lead a small team, enforce 5S and EHS protocols, and coordinate with production on material issuance and returns. Immediate start is preferred; 6-day workweeks may apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing or recycling preferred).
• Able to read/write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Physically fit to work in a warehouse for 6 days a week.
• Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, storage and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate material issuance and returns with production teams.
• Monitor 5S practices and EHS protocols.
• Lead a small team of warehouse assistants with task delegation and training.
• Participate in cycle counts and support annual stock audits.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 management systems.
• Execute ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Supervise all warehouse operations including material receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatch in line with waste handling procedures.
• Ensure all inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate material issuance and returns with production teams based on daily schedules.
• Monitor and enforce 5S practices and Environmental, Health, and Safety (E H S) protocols.
• Lead a small team of warehouse assistants, providing task delegation, supervision, and training.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and support annual stock audits.
• Maintain compliance with company’s ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 management systems.
• Execute ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year experience in warehouse or logistics operations (manufacturing or recycling sector preferred).
• Able to read/write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a warehouse for 6 days a week.
• Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
