Job summary

Lavender Confectionery & Bakery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Executive for Shah Alam to manage loading, unloading, receiving, issuing, labeling, sorting, packing, and repacking of goods. You will perform stock checks to ensure raw materials are available for production and raise GRNs after accuracy verification.

Maintain clean, organized work areas, verify finished goods, and conduct daily material movement checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, receiving, issuing, labeling, sorting, packing, and repacking of goods.
• Conduct stock checks to ensure material availability for production.
• Raise Goods Received Notes (GRN) after verifying quantity and condition.
• Keep work areas clean, neat and well-organized at all times.
• Check and verify finished goods during receiving, issuing and loading activities.
• Perform daily random checks on material movements for accuracy and compliance.
