Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or team leader role.
• Experience with food manufacturing or consumer goods warehousing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of warehouse associates; provide training and coaching.
• Oversee accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counting and physical inventories.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement warehouse strategies.
