Job summary

Desince Sdn. Bhd, a rapidly growing Malaysian brand, is seeking a proactive Warehouse Admin to join the Klang logistics team. You will handle order processing, inbound inventory, and stock accuracy for omnichannel operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and B2B channels.

The role requires basic logistics education and at least 1 year in warehouse admin or inventory tasks. This position offers comprehensive statutory benefits and opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in logistics, supply chain, business admin or equivalent.
• At least 1 year relevant warehouse admin/ inventory experience; fresh graduates with strong computer skills welcome.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with e-commerce Seller Centers (TikTok Shop/Shopee/Lazada) or WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail, honesty, discipline, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Print orders waybill for picking and packing process.
• Process orders from online platforms and B2B clients.
• Prepare replenish documents for operation.
• Inbound & Inventory Administration: receive and verify inbound products and document accordingly.
• Communicate with other departments regarding new arrivals.
• Inspect the quality and condition of received products.
• Document defects or damages and take appropriate action.
• Update inventory records and product information.
• Return parcel records.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

We manage high-volume omnichannel operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and B2B wholesale distribution. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Warehouse Admin to join our logistics operations team in Klang.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Print orders waybill for picking and packing process.

Proceed orders from online platform and B2B clients.

Prepare replenish documents for operation.

Inbound & Inventory Administration:

Receive and verify inbound products with all related processes needed.

Document received products accurately.

Communicate with other departments regarding new arrivals.

Inspect the quality and condition of received products.

Document any defects or damages and take appropriate action.

Update inventory records.

Update new product information.Return parcel record.

General / Support:

Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse administration, order fulfillment, or inventory management. (Fresh graduates with strong computer skills are welcomed to apply!).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

Familiarity with e-commerce Seller Centers (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) or WMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.

High attention to detail, honest, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to perform overtime (OT) during monthly e-commerce mega sales campaigns.
