Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Shah Alam. You will lead staff, ensure accurate stock movement and timely dispatch, and work with ERP systems to record all transactions.

The role requires a diploma/degree in logistics or related field, at least 2 years in warehousing, and strong Excel and communication skills. English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin communication is an advantage.

Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

Ensure inventory accuracy and proper control of stock movement.

Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely and accurate dispatch.

Conduct cycle counts and stock checks and investigate stock discrepancies.

Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly recorded in the ERP system.

Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety and housekeeping standards.

Prepare operational reports and support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations.

Requirements
