Job summary

Sunlun Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Shah Alam warehouse operations. You will manage daily activities, supervise staff, ensure accurate inventory, and uphold safety and efficiency across storage, receiving, and dispatch processes.

Join our logistics team to drive continuous improvement, maintain data integrity with stock audits, and coordinate with procurement and logistics to meet customer delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards in warehouse environments.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical fitness to perform warehouse duties when required.
• A valid driving licence is preferred.
• Formal qualifications in logistics, supply chain management or a related field are advantageous.

Responsibilities

About the role

Cooperteams Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facility.
