Job summary

Hi-P Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Logistics and Inventory Supervisor to strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services in Kulim, Kedah.

You will monitor stock levels, delivery times and transport costs while liaising with forwarding agents and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate across departments to improve on-time delivery (JIT), reduce freight costs, and drive continuous improvements.

• Able to approve or stop engineering from issuing parts from store
• Able to take corrective actions on personnel who failed to follow procedures or violated process instructions
• Able to make decisions on cost

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

• Reduce freight cost
