Job summary

Xin Hwa Trading & Transport is seeking a warehouse operative in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role involves inspecting forklifts, maintaining safety, reporting damages, and ensuring consignments are in good condition according to admin documents.

You will label consignments with Lot ID or barcodes, keep the warehouse area clean, store goods properly, handle documents, and perform monthly stock counts with report submissions. SPM or Diploma in Logistics is required with at least 2 years' experience.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forklifts as required and submit monthly inspection records to HOD.
• Practice safety and hazard awareness while operating forklifts or machinery.
• Immediately report any damages or discrepancies in consignments to the supervisor.
• Ensure all received and delivered consignments/goods are in good condition as per warehouse Admin documents.
• Label all consignments with "Lot ID" or barcode for warehouse storage.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Properly store goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Handle all documents according to requirements.
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and submit reports to document control.
