Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a storekeeper to manage daily materials issuance, data entry, and maintain organized stock records. You will track inventory levels, process GRN/DO documents, and assist with stock checks and replenishments.

The role requires 1–2 years in storekeeping or related fields, familiarity with ERP and Excel, and a detail-oriented, collaborative attitude for coordination with Purchasing, Production, QAQC, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years’ working experience in storekeeping, warehousing, inventory control or logistics operations; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may be considered.
• Familiar with goods receiving, issuing, storage, stock counting, delivery documentation and basic inventory control procedures.
• Able to prepare and maintain records such as GRN, DO, stock issue vouchers and inventory reports accurately.
• Basic knowledge of ERP, inventory system or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Able to perform physical stock checks, handle materials safely and maintain an organised store environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily materials use in issuance.
• Responsible for data entry and project documentations and archive.
• Keep track of store inventory level and issue replenishment PRN for materials.
• Assist on material check in and check out.
• Produce NCR material return to store stock.
• Produce NCR + GRN data entry on tracking list.
• Filing for completed GRN received from supplier.
• Filing for NCR completed material return to store stock.
• Send GRN report to purchasing on components yet to collect back from supplier.
• Produce PRN issuance when needed.
• Ensuring the store is neat and tidy with proper labels.
• Work closely with Store Supervisor & Store Executive in maintaining the material stock levels and communicating to re-order.
• Assist Store Supervisor & Store Executive for the storeroom organization and improvement process.
• Participate in monthly stock count.
• Hardworking and have willing to learn attitude.
• Attentive and have good eye for details.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Possess good discipline, time management and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to support store operations, including handling and arranging materials where required.
