Job summary

Ambition in Shah Alam seeks a Solutions Engineer / Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse solution design for complex customer bids. The role blends technical design with commercial impact across multiple countries.

You will analyse requirements, develop RFQ proposals, model costs, and present solutions to clients, while coordinating with Project Management for smooth handover and implementation support, and aiding business development with costing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics solutions or warehousing.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Visio, and MS Project.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and design tailored warehousing solutions to meet their operational needs
• Develop RFQ technical proposals, including cost models, MHE evaluation, and automation opportunities
• Present proposed solutions to customers and support Q&A sessions during the bid process
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth solution handover and implementation support
• Support the Business Development team with commercial packages and internal costing tools
• Lead solution re-engineering initiatives across the region as required
