Job summary

You will blend technical leadership with team management to ensure high‑quality architecture, scalable solutions, and on‑time project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or related field.
• 5–8+ years of software development experience.
• Prior experience in Technical Lead or Team Lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture design for warehouse and automation systems (WMS/WCS/OMS).
• Define coding standards, design principles, and best practices; mentor the development team.
• Act as key decision-maker for architecture, frameworks, and tech stack.
• Oversee development progress, planning, tracking, and milestone delivery.
• Coordinate testing phases (FAT, SIT, UAT, SAT) and go-live readiness.
