Job summary

allnex in Melaka, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team. You will receive, store, pick, pack and handle materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy, safety and adherence to 5S and SHE standards.

This hands-on role requires 1–2 years in warehousing, the ability to operate a forklift, basic computer skills, and a team‑oriented mindset. High school graduates or equivalent are welcomed; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Able to operate a forklift safely.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing warehouse-related activities.
• Able to perform basic calculations and handle simple numerical tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office familiarity.
• Safety-conscious, responsible and team oriented.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and manage packed goods, including accurate data entry and inventory records.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform pre-batching activities and prepare raw materials for production.
• Repack and transfer materials into different types of packaging as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse through good housekeeping and 5S practices.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and responsibly.
• Ensure full compliance with SHE regulations, work procedures and PPE requirements.

As a Warehouse Operator at allnex, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and handling materials and finished goods, while ensuring all activities are carried out accurately, safely and in accordance with established work procedures.

You will also support production by preparing and issuing raw materials, perform repacking and material transfers, and maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment through strong 5S practices. Safety is at the heart of everything we do, and you will be expected to fully comply with allnex and industry Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) requirements, including the proper use of PPE.
