Job summary

Masimo Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution functions for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. The role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The candidate will supervise staff, coordinate cross-training, and drive continuous improvements across warehousing and logistics activities, including 5S practices and pest control where applicable.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of related experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in warehouse and distribution systems; familiarity with international shipping processes.
• Ability to lift and carry 5-40 pounds; experience operating forklifts or reach-trucks.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and good document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and inventory activities including receiving, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage cycle counts with timely reconciliation.
• Coordinate material movement and upkeep of inventory records; supervise cross-functional teams.
• Oversee packing, shipping preparation, and bills of lading accuracy.
• Lead process improvements and staff development; conduct weekly team briefings.
