Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field.
• Basic computer skills, preferably with experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Able to perform physical work involving lifting, moving and arranging materials.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
• Responsible, organised and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work according to the department's operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against delivery orders and purchase documents.
• Arrange and store materials systematically according to designated locations.
• Pick, pack and issue materials to the relevant departments based on authorised requests.
• Perform stock counting and assist with regular inventory checks and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the relevant warehouse/system records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged or expired items to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO, where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of materials when required.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Support documentation and filing related to warehouse transactions.
• Comply with IJN's policies, procedures, occupational safety and quality standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
