Job summary

CNECC Engineering(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Assistant to manage daily warehouse operations in Pasir Gudang, Johor. You will handle receiving, storing, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or higher in relevant fields, warehouse experience, and proficiency with Excel or inventory systems. Mandarin fluency is required for client communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• Warehouse or material management experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, stock control and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word or inventory management systems.
• Fluent in Mandarin (read and write) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Verify and record all incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and proper storage.
• Assist the purchasing department in monitoring deliveries and supplier coordination.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Support project and site teams in material allocation and tracking.
• Prepare and update inventory reports or records on a daily basis.
