Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to assist in day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials for production. The role requires monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, verifying stock, and ensuring accuracy of quantities and quality.

You will coordinate with production teams to supply materials to machines, operate forklifts and other equipment safely, maintain inventory records, and keep areas 5S compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or certificate in any discipline or its equivalent.
• Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel & Word).
• Experience operating mobile equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes and forklifts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and verify truck and stock conditions for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with production teams to supply materials to machines and transfer finished goods to designated storage areas.
• Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock movements, and complete daily logs and documentation.
