Job summary

Advanced Energy Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 60–100 staff across Receiving, Putaway, Kitting and outbound shipments. You will own inventory accuracy, drive process improvements, and ensure timely fulfillment of production materials.

The role requires SAP/WMS/MRP experience, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Experience with MRP system, WMS and SAP is mandatory.
• Bachelors degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of the warehouse team, ensuring quality and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate inter-site communications and collaborations.
• Ensure timely receiving, putaway, production materials, and outbound shipments.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
