Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehousing activities, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-moving environment.

This role focuses on safe, efficient, and accurate operations, inventory excellence, process optimization, and warehouse automation using SAP, WMS, ASRS, and AGV systems; collaboration with IT, Production, and external vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management or Safety are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Ensure safe handling, correct storage and on-time delivery of products.
• Optimize space, manpower, equipment utilization and operating efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, service level, inventory accuracy and cost performance.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS, Quality, GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee warehouse automation systems (ASRS, AGV) and integration with WMS and SAP.
