Job summary

PKT LOGISTICS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our Batu Kawan, Penang location. This full-time role supports warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and inventory control.

The successful candidate will assist with order picking, packing and shipping, operate forklifts, and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; physical fitness and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiar with warehousing procedures and inventory management.
• Able to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Physically fit to meet job demands.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and unload incoming goods and materials.
• Sort, store and retrieve items per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Assist with order picking, packing and shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts.
• Participate in stock takes and cycle counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Support the wider logistics team as needed.
