Job summary

JINJING TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Controller in Kedah to ensure accuracy across BC/SAP/ERP systems through routine checks and adherence to warehouse processes.

Responsibilities include conducting audits of receiving, put-away, picking, and issuing stock; performing regular stock counts; investigating variances; and updating ERP records after approvals. Diploma or Bachelor's in logistics or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Familiar with BC/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) or eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy in BC/SAP/ERP through routine checks and warehouse process compliance.

• Monitor and control abnormal inventory movements (returns, damage, quarantine, obsolete stock).
• Carry out regular stock counts (daily cycle counts and scheduled full counts).

Job description

Ensure high inventory accuracy in BC/SAP/ERP through routine checks and warehouse process compliance. 通过定期检查及遵守仓库作业流程，确保 BC/SAP/ERP 系统中的库存数据准确无误。

Monitor and control exceptional inventory movements (returns, damage, quarantine, obsolete stock). 监督及管控异常库存流动情况，例如退货、损坏品、隔离库存及呆滞/报废库存。

Carry out regular stock counts, including daily cycle counts and scheduled full stock takes. 执行定期盘点工作，包括每日循环盘点及计划性全面库存盘点。

Investigate and report inventory variances and discrepancies to management. 调查库存差异及异常情况，并向管理层提交报告。

Obtain approval for stock adjustments and update records in the ERP system accordingly. 取得相关审批后进行库存调整，并及时在 ERP 系统中更新库存记录。

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field. 拥有物流、供应链管理、制造业管理或相关专业的大专或本科学历。

1 or 2 years of experience in warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred). 具备 1 至 2 年仓库运营相关工作经验（有制造业环境经验者优先）。

Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures. 具备基本的库存管理及仓库作业流程知识。

Familiar with BC, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar) or willing to learn. 熟悉 BC、ERP 系统（如 SAP、Oracle 或类似系统），或愿意学习相关系统操作。

Detail-oriented with good documentation and data accuracy skills. 工作细心认真，具备良好的文件管理及数据准确性意识。
