Job summary

GIANT PLATINUM SDN. BHD. 在马来西亚 Selangor/Petaling Jaya 地区诚聘细心、负责任与积极主动的仓管管理员，负责日常库存管理、收货、验收并登记到货物品，同时与中国及台湾海外供应商保持沟通协调。

你将使用 Microsoft Excel 及库存管理系统维持准确的库存记录，及时更新交易信息，并跟踪运输进度，确保货物按时送达。具备1年相关经验及中文听说读写能力者优先，培训及绩效奖金等福利亦提供。

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 接收、检查、点算并登记到货库存、器材及供应商货物。
• 使用 Excel 与库存管理系统准确记录及更新库存变动。
• 与中国及台湾供应商沟通，协调采购订单、价格、库存及发货时间。
• 跟进国际物流进度，确保货物及时送达。
• 定期库存盘点并向管理层汇报差异、损坏和低库存情况。

Job description

我们正在寻找一位细心、有责任感及积极主动的仓管管理员，负责日常库存管理，并与中国及台湾的海外供应商进行沟通与协调。

Key Responsibilities | 工作职责

Inventory Management | 库存管理
Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming stock, equipment, and supplier deliveries.
负责清点、检查及登记所有到货库存、器材及供应商货物。

Stock & System Updates | 系统入账
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock transactions using Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
使用 Microsoft Excel 及库存管理系统，准确记录及更新库存变动。

Supplier Coordination | 供应商沟通
Liaise with suppliers in China and Taiwan regarding purchase orders, pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
与中国及台湾供应商沟通，协调采购订单、价格、库存及发货时间。

Shipment Tracking | 物流跟踪
Monitor incoming shipments and follow up with suppliers or logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
跟进国际物流进度，确保货物及时送达。

Stock Checking & Reporting | 库存盘点及汇报
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies, damaged items, and low-stock situations to management.
定期进行库存盘点，并及时向管理层汇报库存差异、损坏货物及低库存情况。

Job Requirements | 任职要求

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
至少拥有 SPM、Diploma 或同等学历。

At least 1 year of experience in retail inventory, warehouse, storekeeping, or purchasing operations.
至少 1 年零售库存、仓库、仓管或采购相关经验。

Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) is required to communicate with suppliers in China and Taiwan.
必须具备中文听说读写能力，以便与中国及台湾供应商进行沟通。

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
熟悉 Microsoft Excel 及基本电脑操作。

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
具备良好的组织能力、细心及独立工作能力。
