GT-Max Motors seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee nationwide parts and accessories distribution for a growing motorcycle brand. You will manage daily operations, drive accuracy and lead a team of supervisors, storekeepers and dispatch staff.
The role emphasizes ownership, process improvement and system optimisation within a dynamic, nationwide network based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Founded in 1993, GT-Max Motors (M) Sdn Bhd grew from a small motorcycle repair shop in Shah Alam into one of Malaysia's leading motorcycle dealers. As our Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our nationwide parts and accessories moving smoothly to branches and riders across the country.
Leadership role overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations for a well-known, growing motorcycle brand
Medical, hospitalisation and personal accident insurance, plus outpatient and panel clinic coverage up to 4k annually
High ownership and autonomy to improve warehouse layout, processes and systems (WMS/ERP)

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts and proper documentation (FIFO/LIFO, stock cards, system updates)
Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse staff including supervisors, storekeepers and dispatch teams
Plan and coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to meet branch and customer timelines
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout, workflow, safety and system usage, ensuring good housekeeping and compliance with OSHA regulations
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing a warehouse or logistics operation, ideally at supervisor or manager level
Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Experience in automotive, motorcycle, manufacturing or parts distribution industries
Knowledge of ISO procedures or other quality management / audit systems
Forklift certification or formal warehouse safety / OSHA training
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders
