Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Procurement Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement activities and project site material coordination in Penang/Bayan Lepas. You will ensure accurate records, timely purchases and smooth material deliveries across multiple projects.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on oversight, and the ability to optimize processes.

• Lead warehouse and purchasing staff; implement SOPs and report performance.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse & Procurement Manager to oversee the company's warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement activities and project site material coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective warehouse management, accurate inventory records, timely procurement, supplier coordination and efficient material delivery to support the company's ongoing projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, stock issuance and dispatch of materials.

Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded and updated in the inventory system.

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stocktaking to maintain inventory accuracy.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, missing items and damaged materials.

Ensure proper warehouse arrangement, material identification, storage and housekeeping.

Monitor stock levels and material availability to prevent shortages.

2. Procurement & Purchasing

Manage purchasing and procurement activities according to company and project requirements.

Review and coordinate Purchase Requisitions (PR), Material Requisition Forms (MRF) and Purchase Orders (PO).

Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and timely deliveries.

Monitor outstanding purchase orders and supplier delivery schedules.

Maintain proper procurement documentation and supplier records.

Identify opportunities for procurement cost savings and process improvements.

3. Project Site & Material Coordination

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors on project material requirements.

Ensure materials are procured, prepared and delivered to project sites according to approved schedules.

Monitor material allocation, issuance, returns and transfers between warehouse and project sites.

Coordinate transportation and logistics arrangements for project deliveries.

Identify potential material shortages or procurement delays and take corrective action.

4. Team & Operational Management

Supervise and manage warehouse and purchasing personnel.

Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.

Implement and maintain warehouse and procurement SOPs.

Prepare regular inventory, procurement and warehouse performance reports for Management.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory management or procurement.

Previous experience in supervising or managing warehouse operations.

Strong hands-on knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse management.

Good knowledge of procurement, supplier management and purchasing procedures.

Experience in construction, engineering, IT infrastructure or project-based environments will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and procurement activities. The ability to independently manage warehouse personnel and coordinate material requirements across multiple project sites is essential.
