Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day physical logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, production supply, and outbound shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciliation.
• Establish and monitor warehouse security procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods handling and licensed manufacturing warehouse operations.
• Manage and develop the warehouse team through coaching, performance management, and structured goal-setting.
• Achieve financial objectives; prepare annual budgets, track expenditure, and implement corrective actions on variances.
• Drive lean warehouse operations and participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage external logistics service providers involved in the fulfilment process.
• Prepare management reports as required.

This is an operational leadership role that requires hands‑on experience managing warehouse teams in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage day‑to‑day physical logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, production supply, and outbound shipping to meet quality and delivery targets

Maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciliation

Establish and monitor warehouse security procedures and protocols

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods handling and licensed manufacturing warehouse operations

Manage and develop the warehouse team through coaching, performance management, and structured goal‑setting

Achieve financial objectives; prepare annual budgets, track expenditure, and implement corrective actions on variances

Drive lean warehouse operations and participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives

Manage external logistics service providers involved in the fulfilment process

Prepare management reports as required

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in physical logistics within a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a management role
