Job summary

Intrinseque Health is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Melaka facility. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff supervision, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate has proven warehouse management experience, strong knowledge of WMS and safety regulations, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar logistics operations role in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with material handling equipment and warehouse automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and optimal supply chain management.
• Prepare and analyse warehouse performance reports, including metrics on inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management professional to join our team at our Melaka facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse operations. As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and logistics coordination. What we're looking for

• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar logistics operations role, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
• Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and team leadership
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret warehouse performance metrics
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in warehouse operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
• Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations would be advantageous
• Experience with material handling equipment and warehouse automation systems is preferred
