Job summary

Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics with 2–3 years in supervision, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and logistics coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics administrative activities, including receiving and delivery documentation.
• Monitor the receipt and usage of liquid materials to ensure proper control and minimise pilferage.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with established procedures.
• Optimise manpower, equipment, and other resources to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure the ERP system is properly maintained and effectively utilised to improve warehouse processes.
• Coordinate timely transportation arrangements for material collection to avoid unnecessary rental charges.
• Coordinate regular cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic audits of workplace procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance warehouse and logistics efficiency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior and Management.
