We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth and efficient material flow. Tasks

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch & ensuring proper utilization of warehouse space by adherence to safety and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate packaging line operations to meet quality, labelling, and customer requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP/WMS records
• Manage domestic and international freight movements, including shipment scheduling, route planning, and carrier performance
• Lead logistics, warehouse, and packaging teams to achieve operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
