Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team, oversee inventory movements, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
You will manage daily operations to maintain uninterrupted material supply to production, coordinate shop orders, packing, labeling, and staging, and work with Logistics to meet on-time deliveries. Proficiency in MES and ERP is preferred.

Responsible to lead the warehouse team oversee all inventory movements to ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Manage daily warehouse activities to ensure uninterrupted material supply to production.
Coordinate the preparation of shop orders, including material picking, kitting, labelling, and staging.
Ensure finished goods are packed, verified, and prepared according to customer and shipping requirements.
Coordinate shipment schedules with Logistics to achieve on-time customer deliveries.
Review warehouse reports regularly to monitor inventory status, operational performance, and order fulfilment.
Ensure all supporting documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists (PL), and invoices, are properly verified and submitted to Finance.
Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the IFS ERP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve departmental objectives.
Plan manpower allocation and work schedules to meet operational priorities.
Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Foster effective communication and collaboration across warehouse and other functional departments.
Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operational flow.
Carry out any additional duties or special assignments delegated by Management.
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, MUST BE in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
