Job summary

Harvey Norman MY is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations nationwide in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring accurate recording, stock takes preparation, and timely, accurate order processing while complying with SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy above 99.5%, expediting orders, completing daily paperwork, and coordinating transfers to showrooms as needed.

Qualifications

• Adhere to KPIs, SOPs, Work Instructions and company policies.
• Inventory accuracy target above 99.5%.
• Prepare for stock takes before actual stock take.
• Expedite orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Protect inventory from pilferage, shortage and theft.
• Daily department operation planning and manpower management.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Comply with safety, hygiene and health standards.
• Ensure staff perform duties reliably.
• Check home delivery, ITN inbound and outbound processes.
• Manage service bay location (inbound/outbound) and sales by location.
• Coordinate transfers to showrooms and keep system updated.
• Advise admin staff on receiving bookings from suppliers.
• Monitor pending transactions and close them.
• Other duties assigned by Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations and ensure proper recording of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock takes.
• Process orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Ensure paperwork is completed daily and accurately.
• Monitor safety and hygiene compliance in the warehouse.
