Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a proactive Diploma student to assist the warehouse team in daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods while upholding safety procedures.

You will label, store, and organize items, update inventory records, support stock counts, and help with ad-hoc warehouse tasks. Candidates should be pursuing a Diploma in Logistics or related field, have basic Excel/Word skills, and be physically fit with good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Word; WMS knowledge is a plus.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods.
• Label, store, and organize items in the warehouse per procedures.
• Help with picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery.
• Update inventory records in WMS or logs.
• Assist in stock counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area.
• Support ad-hoc warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.

• Assist in stock counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area.
• Support the team in ad-hoc warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

You are meant for this job if:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Able to operate basic office software (MS Excel, Word) - familiarity with WMS is a plus.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
