Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Executive / Supervisor for Banting. You will handle daily inventory, receive goods, perform quality checks, issue GRNs, verify documents, and update stock records in the system.

You’ll coordinate with HQ-MPD and logistics partners to ensure accurate balance and timely deliveries. Ideal candidates have a minimum SPM and basic computer knowledge, with warehouse receiving or distribution center exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with related working experience in handling of warehouse receiving or distribution centre or logistic related.
• Possesses with basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory stock and balance to HQ-MPD.
• Receive suppliers’ goods and perform quality checks.
• Issue Goods Return Note for shortages or quality issues.
• Check emails for important documents from HQ-MPD (pick list, invoice, delivery order).
• Match and verify pick lists against received goods and stock balance.
• Sort invoices by outlet against pick list for transport/logistics company delivery.
• Prepare daily summary of suppliers’ invoices received.
• Enter daily stock received into the system to update balance.

Warehouse Executive / Supervisor - Banting

Daily inventory stocks take balance to compile and forward to Fresh Merchandise (Fruits & Vegetables)’s person-in-charge at HQ-Merchandising Planning Department (HQ-MPD).

Receive suppliers’ goods in and carry out quality/freshness check.

Assist to issue Goods Return Note (GRN) for any shortage or quality problems.

Checking email for importance documents from HQ-MPD on pick list, invoice and delivery order.

Matching and verification of pick list against suppliers’ good in and balance stock.

Sorting of invoice by outlet against pick list for transport/logistic company’s delivery.

Daily summary record on suppliers’ invoices received.

Daily key into system on quantity stock received to update daily balance stock inventory.

To deliver and complete all related tasks given by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM with related working experience in handling of warehouse receiving or distribution centre or logistic related.

Possesses with basic computer knowledge.
