Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee receiving, stock control, and stock transfers for our Kuala Lumpur outlets and warehouse operations.

You will manage daily warehouse activities, perform GRN, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain ERP inventory records, coordinating with purchasing, outlets and couriers. Experience with inventory systems and basic Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma/SPM with at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience.
Familiar with inventory systems; basic Excel skills.
Organised, careful and accountable for stock accuracy.
Able to handle physical work.

Warehouse Executive (Inventory & Stock Control)

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to run receiving, stock transfers and stock control for our outlets.

Job location:

Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur (warehouse & outlet operations)

Key responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking and dispatch

Perform GRN and stock transfers between warehouse and outlets

Conduct regular stock counts and serial number checks

Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system

Coordinate with purchasing, outlets and couriers on deliveries

Requirements:

Driving licence is an advantage
