Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is looking for a Buyer Executive to join their dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves sourcing IT hardware, negotiating with suppliers, and planning stock levels efficiently.

We are looking for a Buyer Executive to source and purchase IT hardware from distributors and plan stock for our outlets.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and purchase IT products from distributors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms and rebates
• Plan stock replenishment based on sales and stock levels
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor market pricing

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• 1-2 years of purchasing experience; IT or electronics industry preferred
• Good negotiation and Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up
