Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee receiving, stock control, and stock transfers for our Kuala Lumpur outlets and warehouse operations.

You will manage daily warehouse activities, perform GRN, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain ERP inventory records, coordinating with purchasing, outlets and couriers. Experience with inventory systems and basic Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/SPM with at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Familiar with inventory systems; basic Excel skills.
• Organised, careful and accountable for stock accuracy.
• Able to handle physical work.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
• Perform GRN and stock transfers between warehouse and outlets
• Conduct regular stock counts and serial number checks
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
• Coordinate with purchasing, outlets and couriers on deliveries
