Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to serve walk-in customers and drive sales of laptops, PCs and accessories at our Plaza Low Yat store. You will explain product features, promotions and warranty terms, handle transactions, and maintain an engaging outlet display while aiming to meet individual and outlet sales targets.

Fresh graduates with an interest in IT are welcome, and good English/Bahasa Malaysia communication helps you connect with customers

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma; retail sales experience in IT or electronics is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in computers are welcome
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Target-driven, friendly and customer-focused
• Willing to work retail shift hours including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

Job location:

Brightstar Computer outlet, Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur

Key responsibilities:

• Serve walk-in customers and recommend suitable laptops, PCs and accessories
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets
• Explain product features, promotions and warranty terms
• Handle sales transactions, invoicing and after-sales follow-up
• Maintain product display and stock presentation in the outlet

Requirements:
