Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for inbound shipments.
• Maintain real-time inventory records as material moves in and out.
• Create Delivery Notes for outbound shipments and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare Bills of Entry and other customs/import documents as required.
• Coordinate with transporters to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Liaise with customers on order status, documentation, and timelines.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records of all warehouse transactions.
• Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to be based in Subang.

• Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records as material moves in and out of the warehouse.
• Create Delivery Notes for outbound shipments and ensure accuracy against customer orders.
• Prepare and process Bills of Entry and other customs/import documentation as required.
• Coordinate with transporters to schedule pickups, deliveries, and resolve dispatch issues.
• Liaise directly with customers on order status, documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records of all warehouse transactions and documents.
• Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak Mandarin due to HQ and customer needs, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably physically fit as may need to carry cartons/goods at times.
• Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required’
• Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
