Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Warehouse Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth stock movement, proper documentation, and efficient workflow across the facility.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, assist with manpower planning, SOP adherence, and drive productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manpower planning, workforce allocation, and supervision of warehouse personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance warehouse processes and standard operating procedures to drive productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor warehouse activities and identify opportunities to improve workflow, accuracy, and service levels.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of operational policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives and business needs.

Support the day-to-day management of warehouse operations by helping maintain accurate inventory control, efficient stock movement, proper documentation, and smooth coordination across the operation. This role contributes to workforce planning, process improvement, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist in overseeing and supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, stock movement, and proper documentation.

Assist with manpower planning, workforce allocation, and supervision of warehouse personnel to maintain operational efficiency.

Continuously evaluate and enhance warehouse processes and standard operating procedures to drive productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor warehouse activities and identify opportunities to improve workflow, accuracy, and service levels.

Support the implementation and maintenance of operational policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives and business needs.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages or dialects is an added advantage.

Technical proficiency and computer literacy, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Strong coordination, communication, organisational, and supervisory skills.
