Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Delivery Hub in Kuala Penyu, Sabah. You will oversee sorters and drivers, delegate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery operations while maintaining safety and KPI compliance.

The role requires basic Excel, leadership and strong communication. Experience in logistics is an advantage; diploma or degree in business or supply chain is preferred. Working pattern: 45 hours weekly with rotational shifts and potential overtime.

Qualifications

Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount.
Receive and inbound parcels from linehaul.
Coordinate daily activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor driver behavior and KPI compliance.
Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
Monitor and report KPI compliance
Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
