Job summary

PRIORITY BONDED WAREHOUSE SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Manager to lead the CS team and ensure timely, accurate handling of inbound and outbound customer requirements. You will coordinate with warehouse, transport and planning teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in service quality.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Logistics or related fields, at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics customer service with 2 years in supervision, strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in customer service within warehouse/logistics.
• 2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, WMS and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar QMS preferred.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency; Chinese an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the customer service team; manage workloads, set performance targets and provide training.
• Serve as the primary contact for key warehouse customers; resolve issues promptly and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and planning teams for inbound/outbound activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO/QMS standards and customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve service failures and discrepancies; drive corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports and insights for improvement.
• Oversee use of WMS and ERP systems; coordinate IT support and enhancements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain cross-department communication to ensure alignment and information flow.
• Manage customer service-related revenue and costs and support cost control.
