Job summary

QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Malaysia, seeks a warehouse coordinator to manage daily activities for graded eggs and related materials, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and stock is accurately tracked.

You will collaborate with grading, production and logistics teams, maintain FIFO, monitor cleanliness and product quality, and prepare reports while adhering to SOPs, safety and hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities for graded eggs and related materials.
• Work closely with logistics department to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor stock availability, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and arrange orders according to customer delivery schedule.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities with drivers and forklift operators.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) practice is followed.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, storage condition, and product quality.
• Update daily stock movement and warehouse reports.
• Communicate with grading, production, and logistics teams regarding order status and stock issues.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock transfer and delivery.
• Assist in minimizing stock damage, breakage, and losses.
• Support monthly stock count and inventory audit activities.
• Follow company SOP, safety, and hygiene requirements.
