Job summary

QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd (QLPF) invites applications for a QAQC Executive focusing on online/in-process inspection at Egg House and Liquid Egg Processing Plant. You will monitor eggs, production, and finished product quality, performing egg quality checks and ensuring GMP/compliance.

Role requires 2–3 years QA/QC in food manufacturing, knowledge of HACCP/GMP, and capability to develop SOPs and manage audits. Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding poultry business in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, egg processing or poultry industry.
• Experience in online/in-process quality inspection.
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations and Malaysian food laws.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, Halal, VHM or MyGAP is a plus.
• Experience in SOP development and document control.
• Familiar with audits, NCR, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Perform online/in-process QAQC inspection at Egg House and Liquid Egg Processing Plant.
• Monitor incoming eggs, production processes and finished product quality.
• Conduct egg quality checks (weight, dirt, crack/broken, mould, Haugh, yolk colour, shell).
• Monitor CCP/OPRP, process parameters, hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Identify non-conforming products/processes and coordinate corrective action with Production.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, MyGAP and customer requirements.
• Develop, review and update SOPs, Work Instructions, forms and QAQC records.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Handle NCR, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA follow-up and closure.
