Wilmar Agrifert Pulau Indah Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our Pulau Indah, Selangor team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, processing warehouse documents, and supporting daily operations in a full-time position.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, stock counting, labeling, picking and packing, and maintaining warehouse records. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, solid numeracy, and a collaborative attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multitasking.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Excel for data entry.
• Excellent numeracy and accuracy in recording inventory.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving goods as required.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic and meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Knowledge of basic inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and a safe working environment.

• Coordinate outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Communicate inventory levels and discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Support general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.

About the role

Wilmar Agrifert Pulau Indah Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Pulau Indah, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing documentation, and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering quality service and maintaining efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and verifying incoming goods, ensuring all items match purchase orders and are recorded accurately in the inventory management system
• Processing and maintaining warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, goods receipts, and stock transfer forms
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling physical inventory with system records to ensure accuracy
• Organizing and labelling products for efficient storage and retrieval within the warehouse
• Assisting with the picking and packing of orders for dispatch to customers
• Maintaining clear and accurate warehouse records and filing systems
• Supporting the coordination of outgoing shipments and ensuring correct documentation accompanies each delivery
• Communicating with relevant departments regarding inventory levels, discrepancies, and storage requirements
• Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety standards and housekeeping procedures
• Assisting with general warehouse maintenance and organization as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics environment
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel
• Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods of varying weights
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Relevant qualifications in warehousing, logistics, or a related field are advantageous
