Wilmar Agrifert Pulau Indah Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our Pulau Indah, Selangor team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, processing warehouse documents, and supporting daily operations in a full-time position.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, stock counting, labeling, picking and packing, and maintaining warehouse records. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, solid numeracy, and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multitasking.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Excel for data entry.
• Excellent numeracy and accuracy in recording inventory.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving goods as required.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic and meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Knowledge of basic inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and a safe working environment.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders using the inventory system.
• Process and maintain warehouse documentation (delivery notes, goods receipts).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile records with the system.
• Organize and label products for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Assist with picking and packing orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and filing systems.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Communicate inventory levels and discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Support general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
