Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a warehouse associate to inspect and verify incoming parts, store them properly in the warehouse, pick and record products according to the picking list, and pack according to the SOP.

You will assist in conducting semi-annual stock takes to ensure inventory aligns with SAP records and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office tools.
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Well verse in handling forklift/ hand jack will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify for incoming parts and store all the parts properly in the warehouse.
• Pick and record the products according to picking list.
• Pack the product according to the SOP.
• Assist in conducting semi-annual stock takes to ensure physical inventory is aligned with the SAP system records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
