Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, picking, packing and stock control in our Kuala Lumpur facility. The role requires physical fitness and careful handling of goods, with basic computer skills and forklift familiarity a plus.

You will maintain accurate inventory, support loading/unloading, and cooperate with the team to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and document printing.
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Willing to learn and handle various warehouse duties.
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Experience operating forklift or reach truck is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and arrange incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for delivery.
• Safely load and unload goods, lifting and moving items within the warehouse.
• Ensure goods are stored and organized for easy access.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory updates.
• Prepare and print delivery documents (DO, GRN).
• Update stock movements in the system.
• Support daily warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
