Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operative to load goods, assist with pest control, and load containers to ensure on-time deliveries that meet customer needs.

You will check forklifts and equipment, arrange stock with correct SKUs, apply FIFO for finished goods, perform daily stock counts in JDE, and confirm deliveries when admin is unavailable. Follow HACCP rules and participate in food safety activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with 1 year warehouse experience.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and move stock safely.

Responsibilities

• Load goods, assist with pest control and container loading to ensure timely deliveries.
• Check and operate forklifts and equipment regularly to prevent breakdowns.
• Arrange goods with correct SKUs and quantities; follow FIFO for finished goods.
• Check incoming finished goods and packaging from suppliers.
• Conduct daily stock counts to ensure system stock matches physical stock (JDE).
• Use JDE to confirm deliveries when admin is unavailable.
• Handle non-conforming stock; coordinate with production and update supervisor on stock levels.
• Prepare simple reports and records on time.
• Follow HACCP and participate in food safety activities.

Loading work, pest control, and load containers as planned to ensure goods are delivered on time and meet customer needs.

Check and handle forklifts and machines regularly to avoid breakdowns.

Arrange goods properly (re-palletizing) with correct item codes (SKU) and quantity, and follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for finished goods.

Check all incoming finished goods and packaging from suppliers.

Do daily stock count to make sure physical stock matches the system (JDE), and use JDE to confirm deliveries when admin is not available.

Handle problem stock (Non-Conformance), plan with the production team, and update the supervisor on stock levels.

Prepare simple reports and records on time.

Follow food safety rules (HACCP) and join food safety activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM with at least 1 year experience in warehouse.

Able to drive a forklift (forklift license added advantage).
