Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Forklift handling license / Warehouse Functions / 5S.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in receiving, transferring, kitting, delivery, storage, recording, system update, inventory update for a smooth warehouse operation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, shelves, and pallets as required.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Accurately record inventory transactions in warehouse systems and stockcards.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and quality against delivery orders.
• Prepare and issue items for internal use or delivery.
• Organize and store items in designated locations, following proper storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
